Prerna Wellness Circle (“we”, “our”) treats every conversation, note, and personal detail you share as strictly confidential. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how it is protected — aligned with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Name, email, phone number — to schedule and communicate about your sessions.
• Session date, time, focus area, mode, and payment status — to deliver and manage your bookings.
• Private clinical notes (admin-only) — used solely by Prerna for continuity of care. Never shared with third parties.
• Quiz responses and contact form messages — to understand what support you're seeking.

How we use it

Solely to deliver your counselling sessions, send confirmations and reminders, process payments, and provide continuity across sessions. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for marketing.

Third-party processors

• Razorpay — for secure payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant).
• Resend — for transactional email delivery.
• MSG91 — for WhatsApp reminders (opt-in only).
• Supabase — for encrypted data storage in India-region infrastructure.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to prernasharmawellness@gmail.com. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.

Confidentiality

What you share in a session stays between you and Prerna. The only professional exceptions are a serious risk of harm to yourself or another person, or a specific legal requirement — always discussed with you at the start of our work.
